Before founding Enclave, Mr. Ford was Vice President of Cloud Strategy and Planning at AT&T where he was accountable for the global cloud and network virtualization strategy. Toby also served as a board member of both the OpenStack Foundation and OPNFV. He continues to serve as an advisor for OpenDaylight which is focused on the automation of an open platform.

Instrumental in the journey from startup to public in less than 12 months. 

Played a key role in a Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Built one of the first Operations Support Systems supporting application delivery via the Internet.

Built one of the first holistic virtualization platforms.

Served as Chief Technology Officer at USi.
